cancellation fees

Our hotel's cancellation policy is as follows. Please be sure to check it when making a reservation. 1. Cancellation Fees for Individual Guests (10 people or less) If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply: 7 to 2 days prior to your stay: 30% of the accommodation fee 1 day prior to your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee On the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee If you fail to show without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee 2. Cancellation Fees for Group Guests (11 people or more) The following cancellation fees apply to group reservations of 11 people or more. Up to 20 days prior to your stay: 10% of the accommodation fee Up to 9 days prior to your stay: 20% of the accommodation fee 7 to 2 days prior to your stay: 30% Up to the day before your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee On the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee No-show without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee 3. Cancellation Fees for Specific Periods We may have a different cancellation policy for specific periods such as Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year holidays. Please check at the time of booking. 4. How to Cancel If you wish to cancel, please contact us by phone or email using the contact information listed on your reservation confirmation. For online reservations, please complete the cancellation procedure on the reservation website. 5. Refunds If there is no cancellation fee or if you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund. Please note that you may be responsible for any fees associated with the refund.
